Returns
We do not offer returns for international orders.
For UK orders, customers may request a refund by emailing help@likeskincare.com within 14 days of receiving their order. Customers will have another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve requested the refund. A refund will only be approved once the goods have been been returned in its original condition, meaning all items must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the order.
If your package arrives damaged, please email help@likeskincare.com within 14 days of purchase with supporting pictures attached.
If the incorrect delivery address is entered at checkout or if parcel is unclaimed for, customer will have to cover postage charge again to be resent the package once it is returned back to us.
Cancellations
Please email us help@likeskincare.com with your order number in order to cancel your order. Please note we can only cancel your order if it is not yet shipped out.
